Javascript for IE Auto config across multiple domains

Was wondering if anyone could give me a hand writing an auto config script for IE for our organisation. The problem I have is as such...

My domain say Domain A has a proxy Proxy A

Another Domain Domain B has a proxy Proxy B

Another Domain Domain C has a proxy Proxy C

My query is for our laptop users who are out and about need to access the proxies in these various sites depending upon what site they are in at the time.

I tried creating a script however due to my lack of Java knowledge I couldnt get it to work.

I am happy to provide anyone more info as I would love to get this working.
