JavaScript and AA 6 Pro

Hey all,

I've asked this question at the Adobe forums but they don't seem to be of much help. I can code JavaScript rather well, but I can't seem to figure out the version that goes on with AA 6 Pro. I want to create a popUp or some other type of warning system when a link is clicked. Any suggestions for online tutorials would be greatly appreciated.
