Javadoc comment writing tool required.

The Auto Comment tool in Forte/SunONE Studio/NetBeans IDE is very good but I am looking for a stand-alone utility which does a similar job.
Does anyone know of a utility, I have searched Google without any luck.

It is the program I use, it is java written and a little bugging (only on the GUI side of things), but it does the job actual job of documenting EVERYTHING in your code admirably. ----------------------------------------
