Java2 and the CFInput tag eg. CFSLIDER not working??

Hi there

Could you please tell me why it is that when i test a coldfusion input tag such as a CFGRID or a CFSLIDER, it works when running on my PC, but when i put the site live - then it says this browser doesnt support java2 - even if i run the page from my machine. ie. on localhost it works fine, but live not??

Does it have something to do with the host server??

Please help
