JAVA142 on AIX5.1.4

I am trying to install java142_64 on a 650 running AIX51.4
it will not load because of Java14_64.license ...smitty states file not found .. But the file is there .. I have loaded on other systems ..only diference is the operating systems are 5.2 ....

I know in 5.2, if I'm installing 1.4.2, and I choose to install the license file with the sdk file via smit, it will fail. If I do the install on just the .sdk file it will work fine.

That's all I've got.
