Java Servlet connecting to MQSeries

I have a Java Servlet on Websphere for AS/400 that is trying to connect to MQSeries on an NT box. Its timing out and giving me a 2059 error. It works from NT to NT when I tested it but it won't work from AS/400. Any ideas?
