Sometimes I get the following message, and sometimes not.

javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Not PKCS#1 block type 2 padding
at com.ibm.crypto.provider.RSA.engineDoFinal(Unknown Source)
at javax.crypto.Cipher.doFinal([DashoPro-V1.2-120198])

What is the problem?
