On trying to install Oracle I am getting;

The Jave runtime environment was not found at
C:\Documants~1\ ...\LOCALS~1\Temp\Orainstall\jre\bin\jrew.exe. Hence
the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run.

Please vist and install JRE version 1.1.7 or higher and try again.

Anybody have the link to download this ?
