I seen this free code and would like to use it

I have a question, I was hoping someone could answer. I love the look of these drop down menus and would love to use it however, I Want my menu to go up rather than down. What I am trying to do is simulate the start button in windows. Would someone know if I could play with the code to get it to go up rather than down? or does someone know where I might be able to find some free code like this? Im sorry for posting this in this forum I wasnt sure where else to post it
