Java Media Framework, that plays a sound file ???

this comes up after or under the windows welcome screen when I start/restart pc

C:\set classpath=.;C\Progra~1\JMF21~1.1\LIB;\Sound.jar;\C:progra~1\JMF21~1.1\LIB\JMF.Jar

- (flashing cursor) it takes forEVER to start up!!

and the sound vibrates once in a while.
Can I find out what program uses it? how? and can i remove it.

Im running win98se and I have no java installed anymore.

Please help?
