Java Integration - JNI

Hi,
I'm using jni to call methods in Crystal's crpe.h header file to open and print a report. I found a pdf called api_java1.pdf that shows how to do this. When I try to run it on a machine that doesn't have Crystal Reports installed on it I get a 501 error - invalid job number. I've tried copying a bunch of Crystal's dlls over but it still won't work. Does anyone know what needs to be included to make it work on a machine without Crystal? Thanks.

By the way, it's Crystal 9.2.0.448. I don't know if that makes a difference anyway. Does anyone know about how to get it running it on a different machine? I know with .NET you have to include some merge modules and also enter some licensing information into one of the merge module's properties. Is there something like that with this JNI stuff too? Thanks for your help.
