Java installs on server2003

I am trying to reclaim some space on my server's system drive and i noticed a lot of java installs.

Java2 runtime environment SE v1.4.1 1.18MB
Java2 runtime environment SE v1.4.2_03 107MB
Java2 runtime environment SE v1.4.2_05 108MB
Java2 runtime environment SE 6update1 134MB
Java(tm)6 update10 90MB
Java(tm)6 update2 111Mb
Java(tm)6 update7 114MB

I would like to remove all but the most recent ones. Is that possible to do? Would removing older ones cause the newer one to not function correctly?

It is safe to remove all but the last one. However, update 21 is out so you might as well remove them all and get current while you are at it.
