I have trouble wording my subjects .... Basically, I wanna know if there is software out there that lets me have a java based graphical web-browser using a connection through a shell account on a linux system.
Basically, User is on an intranet with limited internet access... wondering if I can setup my linux box at home to run a websever that I can loginto, then browse the web through my home connections w/out any firewalls attached blocking access to the net. I can't even get to weather.com to check the weather warnings from work, but I can use tek-tips!!!
This would be nifty, and I'd love to play with the software. Or does anyone know of a current existing version of this?
Thanks! -Happen609
These things take time...
