Java apps blue screens Citrix server

Running XP 1.0 on Windows 2000 SP4. I did the most recent Windows updates which included the upgrade to Installer 3.1. Since then, when I run ConsoleOne ver 1.35 (Java-based app for NetWare management), it blue screens the server with a
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
error. I can still run the slightly older 1.33 version of ConsoleOne, but the GroupWise docs indicate you need the latest version.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
