This may be more of a windows or java question than Citrix, but I'll try here first.

I have two applications that run java applets that I need to run on a citrix server (at the same time). The java applets require two different versions of java (1.3.0 & 1.4.2). Neither will run without its specific version.

What can I do, if anything, to allow both versions of java to run together?

mlowe9,
You should not have to do anything.
I've had multiple versions of JRE on my citrix servers before. Sometimes an application installs an older version of JRE but they should not conflict.

You can specify a specific JRE if you want by going into the control panel and clicking on the Java applett.

There should be a "version" tab or something to that affect in there where you can click on a down arrow and choose your JRE.

hope that helps.

If I try to run both applications at the same time, I get a popup box with "asdas" in the title bar, and "register failk" in the dialog. When I click the OK button, I get the same box over and over 7 more times before finally getting the exciting "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." window.

I've Googled this and found some stuff, but nothing that seems to fit this problem.
