Java application - getting "unable to read IOR"

I need to publish a Java application to the citrix server (Metaframe 1.7). This is a web based application that is connecting my facility to corporate office.

When the application is run I get the error "unable to read IOR". I am suspecting that might be some parameters that the Citrix/NT needs in order to run this application.

Any help or if you could point me to the right direction would be grateful.
