Java Applet problem...

Hi im using citrix with java. Everytime a specific user goes to logon he gets the following error:

java.io.ioexception
this is probably due to network problems

i have cleared the java cache and certificates i have deleted his citrix profile and still this doesnt work. the java applet si fine as i can login on the same machine as myself just fine.

any suggestions would be greatfully received !!!
