Japanese language characters

All,

I've been having some issues with Citrix (Japanese characters) we have 5 Japanese associates here that check email from home VIA citrix but cannot reply in JP characters I have ensured that both the languages are installed on the Presentation server 4.0 itself and of course they have the both languages on there machines/laptops but no luck, please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
