Jammed catridges laserjet 2600

I have a HP Color Laserjet 2600 that has the 4 toner cartridges inside the machine jammed on the right hand side and none of them will come out. Is there a release button?
I replaced the Electrostatic Belt and I can not get it back in working order.

You may have a broken link for the toner drive assy.
When the door is pulled down, it retracts the toner drives.
Remove right side panel, and look at the lower front for the link.
