JAI color space conversion

Hi, does anyone know how to convert an image from RGB space to IHS space using JAI? the API is very confusing...

Hi, yes JAI is one of the most confusing API's out there ! But damn good once you get into it.

Unfortunately I don;t know how to go from RGB to IHS, but the JAI archives at Sun are an excellant resource :

http://archives.java.sun.com/archives/jai-interest.html

If you "Search the archives" on that link and type "IHS" it throws up loads of stuff about RGB to IHS.
