jagged curves

When I turn a stroked circle into outlined form, the curves get jagged, usually on small circles with thick strokes. Is there some kind of tolerance setting I need to be adjusting?

...this appears to be a question you have asked before, can you post a screen image of what you are seeing?

...a before and after screen grab preferably...

...you then need to upload the image to some web space and post the link to that image, there are many free image hosting sites:
