J2ME Preverify

Hello folks,

I am trying to learn a little bit about programming mobiles.

After I had compiled my programm, I had to preverify before
I can deploy it. However, compilation ended without any errors, but the Preverify says: Class not found error
at sun\media\protocol\commonDS.

I have installed the JSDK 1.4.2, what can i do ?

I'm not a java mobile specialist, but ain't you supposed to use the mobile JDK to compile your code ?

Water is not bad as long as it remains outside human body ;-)

the problem was my classpath variable; it showed to a wrong path
