We I have installed a J2070A, replacing a DTC 48. Our Intermec 9560 time clocks are having a problem reconnecting after being downed for backup. It seems the clocks can't communicate with the ports, we have to re-download the DTC, using OpenView (ver B.01.01, very early version) and then bring up the clocks. There are terminals and printers on this device, working fine. The clocks are configured as terminals, as they were with the 48.
There is another DTC 72 in our system working fine. Is there a way, through MPE/iX ver 5.5 to check the firmware revision of these devices? Any other suggestions?
