J189 is not a type in GEDI

is there a 96xx option that can be used ?

Using H323
was told to use 9611 as an Option

Start with some basics. Did you successfully load the H.323 6.8.5 software on the J189? If you have a working 9611 extension, can you log in to that extension with the J189?
