Yes. From the support.avaya.com site, if you go to the J100 software section you can download a copy of a 46xxsettings.txt file that lists all the commands. You can add the ones you want to use to a 46xxspecials.txt file that you upload to your IP Office.

Note that many of the commands may require you to upgrade the J100 firmware that your IP Office is providing to the phones. If you have to do that, pay careful attention to the J100 release notes and technical bulletins. They've had a few issues with upgrades from old J100 releases, especially for expansions modules.
