J179 SIP not registering

We are installing a new site off our JITC R10. The phones aren't getting past sending and receiving AppData to the SM100. See below. Phone firmware is 4.1.2.0.11 and it's pulling the proper vlans and SIP proxies. We are trying to use TLS 1.2. Just won't even get to sending registration.

Try running a trace with encryption enabled, think we removed all options except TLS1.3 in AADS as the workplace client was trying to use the lowest available rather than the version set in SM.
 
So it was a combination. The installer selected yes on Auto-provisioning, didn't tell me, and we don't use it. Additionally, the DCHP scope information had a space in the middle of the subnet. All is good. I'm sure fellow voice engineers always hear, "It's not the network's fault." Except it was.
