Hey I haven't been able to resolve this after much time spent.

IP Office running R11.0.4.1
J179 (SIP Feature 4.0.0.0.21)

The 'Complete' button only appears after a call is connected. I cannot figure out how to do an unattended/blind transfer. I see people here have encountered no audio on blind transfer in the past, but I cannot blind transfer whatsoever.

I can conference, dial an extension, then conference/hang up. However this isn't a viable fix.

Anybody know why?

In regards to the extension that you're transferring to, does it only have 1 call appearance and they're already on a call?
Or do they have 2 call appearances but with 'Reserve last CA' ticked?

Both extensions, the one initiating the transfer, and the extension receiving the transfer have three appearances and do not have reserve last CA turned on.

Not related to the issue bu ALWAYS have last CA enabled. weather you have 2 call apperance's or more depends on user prefrence & weather or not you want to recieve a 2nd call whilst actualy on the phone.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
