J179 avaya phone : transfert call failed

I have IPO R11, all the phone is Jseries 129 and 179, when the customer have a phone and want to transfer it, when Press on the softkey, the screen display shows that the transfer is failed.

Any idea to solve this issue ?

Please provide step by step on how you actually complete the transfer.

Is it one phone only or all users phones.
Is it 1 user only or do others work correctly.

There is an issue with 11.0.2 audio on transfers calls
