j169 phones with R11.0.4.1.0 built 11

Having problems phones come up but where the call paths of a=b=c= comes up with the sip ext number and can't program buttons any ideas.

Sounds like you need to have them get the upgrade from your IP Office.

Just found out from or Avaya rep that they have a patch, R11.0.4.1.13 that is spose to fix, having issues getting it without a IPOSS.

That Patch is for an upgrade issue with the IPO not loading the files correctly, we have been able to use them without it as long as it upgrade to the supported release for the Manager level. check what release the phones are at now and see what they are looking for on an upgrade in Monitor.
