J139 Set Hunt Group Out Of Service Button 3

Hi All,

Customer has a Standard Hunt Group 62996 with Sequential selection and 3 members, 40927,40926 and 40925 in that order. They are all J139 with only one button free for programming.
The Hunt Group has voicemail set and they have recorded the greeting.
I have configured button 12 on the phone 40927 as Set Hunt Group Out Of Service with data 62996 but the button on the phone shows "Invalid"

Am I missing something?

Use shortcodes to achieve the same thing. You can also program a dial button or save in contacts. The only thing is there is no presence to say its turned on or off
