J100 series telephones unable to set external number as forwarding destination in features.

Hi,

A strange issue has been encountered by us where we can't seem to set any external number in the forwarding unconditional setting.

It's also worth noting that the inhibit option is disabled in the settings.

Like whenever we try to just set the number by hitting edit, the select button in the bottom left stays blank after entering the number.

The release is 12.1, by the way.

There are multiple "inhibit option" options - per user, per line (depending on line type), and whole system.
