J100 Screen Issues on remote J100s thru ASBCE 1

Hello all,

I have Remote J100's that are working fine. Can make and receive calls, Check Voicemail and so on, however the screen is off, and buttons 5-8 are showing up on page two 9-12. Also, the phones updated their firmware and it shows the correct version. Thoughts? IX Workplace is working as intended.

IPO is R11.1.1.1.0 Build 18

You can adjust this in the phone’s feature menu. You can set the phone to display the buttons in one or two columns.

Thank you! Strange, I have never had to manually adjust to dual column, however looks like it should now - appreciate it!

?Did somebody change their screenshots and problem description. Ah well, glad that upgrade issue was fixed and the pesky warning icon is no longer showing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
