J100 NO AUDIO on first seconds of Call

All,
we have a couple of J139 mixed with J179 on IPO R11.1.1
After J139 answers the call, there is no Audio for the first 2 seconds. After that period they're able to listen and speak normally.
J100 FW version: SIP 4.0.7.0.7
Any suggestions?

I would suggest starting by moving to a more current version of firmware.

Update to firmware: 4.0.8 then 4.0.9 and 4.0.10 didn't resolve the issue..

I had the same problem in a very earlier version of the firmware, it was fixed but seems they have re-introduced the problem again!
