IXOS 6.0 - Failed to initialize toolbars

I am having this error on IXOS when I launch the program. I am currently running this on window 7, and .NET Framework is updated and all the softwares are installed. Need help!

FATAL 2012/08/28 10:33:42:495 alviewer.exe:4792\alviewer.exe:4796 ViewerApp.cpp,3925 MSG0 Failed to initialize toolbars -
ERROR 2012/08/28 10:33:42:495 alviewer.exe:4792\alviewer.exe:4796 ViewerApp.cpp,548 MSG20009 Internal application error occured. Please contact your administrator.
