IX workplace with Bridged exts

We are using Sip Avaya workplce on Iphones. On the Iphones we have a brige appearance of there Desk Phone, When the desk phone Rings (appearance on the Iphone) if the Desk phone is answered the Iphone continues to Ring,

Any one have any suggestions?

Have you setup the ANPS apple notification push service in SM?

Can't remember off the top of my head but you need a endpoint policy or similar in SBC to send/proxy the APN to the IoS device.

There used to be a good guide on setting up the IX workplace client on the SBC for remote workers

With release 10.1, Push Notifications are setup on the SMs direct where the SMs talk to pnp.avaya.com (without the need for SBCe) - this used to be needed to be setup on a seperate product (aawg - avaya aura web gateway). None the less, once you have push notifications working, you'll want to ensure that your workplace clients are also getting fed the correct settings parameters (via AADS best case) to ensure that iOS call kit etc is set to enabled.
