IX workplace wireless Mac address not showing in SM

We are adding a sentry 911 solution. Our wireless phones- Iphones with Ix workplace is not populating SM with the correct MAC address, Thus unable to pass to the sentry server.
We have turned off Mac randomization on the Iphone, Changed aads configuration settings file to enable publish mac address.

Any idieas appreciated
