is there a way we can disconnect a session of a user in IX workplace in a certain of time? for example 30mns? We have IPO SE R11

No. I mean, the thing has a session expires timer but that's normal SIP. If I register to you and you say "expires in an hour" then I refresh in 30 mins. Its the same if we're two PBXs and we trunk to each other, each session has an expiry. The point of it is for the client asking for the session to renew it every so often to keep it up just so it doesn't stay up forever in case the client disappears and goes offline.

It's like asking if you can have a deskphone unregister after it's been online for 30 minutes. No, you can't :)

You can maybe have time-based rules on when certain calls can go out.

What are you trying to accomplish? No calls longer than 30 mins?
