IX Workplace on Windows 10

I am trying to figure out how to answer a second call when using the Avaya IX workplace on windows 10. I can answer second call on the IX workplace for IPhone but not on PC app
I have searched everywhere and have found no documentation on this.

My techs are working remotely and this would help a alot. Everything else on the app works great

So what happen when you receive a 2nd call?
It should pop up and you can answer it. Pretty simple.
