I'm working on the IX workplace port 5060 on a IP500 V2 11.0.4.2. I'm having problems with the IPhone IOS 13 phone users only. They can log in to the client using web address It allows them to connect to their extension, make and receive calls, but the IX client shows a red triangle that says "VoIP service is currently available with limited service" I read some treads about certificates, but I'm not using TLS. Will iPhone's only work correctly with TLS? I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.
