Hi

We have a customer with users split between home and office, the home users are using IX Workplace to answer calls.
It's a small call centre, but with a high volume of calls.

One issue we have is that IXWorkplace users sometimes receive multiple calls, like having multiple line keys.

They just want to be busy if they are on a call with no call waiting.

Call waiting is off for the users and the HG is set to longest idle.
Their corresponding desk phone in the office is logged off

Struggling to work out why this is happening so any help welcome!

Thanks

If they're using Android or iOS, make sure none of them have set Mobile Twinning or Call Forwarding to the PSTN number of that device.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

All users are on the Windows client.

Have checked twinning etc. anyway and all is turned off

with them lgged out of their desk phone when using the Workplace client remotely they should not get a second call.

Make sure they only have two appearance buttons set and "reserve last CA" enabled

Hi Ekster

Yes, we have done this but didn't seem to make a difference

They have also reported one HG where all 3 users rang simultaneously with the HG set to longest idle
