Is there a difference between the IX Workplace desktop and the mobile app? Mainly the ports?
Why I ask is I can connect with no issues via the desktop app but the mobile app gives an error, "An Unknown error has occurred", if I try and connect by changing the domain info and extension. If I install the app fresh I get the triangle "A general error has occurred while attempting to connect to the Avaya Aura server"
I'm using my customers FQDN from my office via both Wi-Fi and cellular network. Same results from the cell
If I set both the softphone and mobile app to my IP Office, I have no issues.
