IX Workplace iOS ringing

Hi

Have a client with IX Workplace on a iPhone that does not ring on incoming calls, just vibrates.
I think you cannot change the ring tone on iOS?

The phone is set to ring on a cellular incoming call.

Anyway to make it ring?
I am assuming a setting somewhere but cannot find anything!
