For instant messaging on workplace, it looks like a space account is needed if One X is not being used.
I maybe missing something on this, but when the Space account has been setup (domain verified etc) API linked to the IP Office, the users are sync, but are in pending. But it looks like each user has to setup the account and create a login?
This makes management of the user account a bit of a pain, and people forgetting the password etc.
Is there a way to get instant messaging working without users having to create the account and use the password created in the IP Office?
Currently on 11.0.4.4
Thanks
John
