IX-Workplace Conference Call Issue

Hi Dears,

I have IX-workplace installed on "Android, IOS, Vantage K175 & Windows 10" connected to IP office 500V2 the Issue is i can make conference call on Windows only, While the add someone option is not lighted on IOS, Android & Vantage. Your Help Please....

its not an issue but i wasn't know the way of making conference call, all you have to do is set this parameter on setting file "ConfServer@your IPoffice IP" and make a call on Workplace then during the call return to the top-main menu and chose the deli numbers and make another call then press the "three dots" and chose Marge. That's it

Sound like if you set up your 46xxsettings.txt manually. It is strongly recommended to let IP Office auto generate it and use 46xxspecials.txt for individual adjustments.

Both the issues you've raised so far involve things missing from the settings file. They wouldn't be missing if you were using the system's autogenerated settings file.

Delete any 46xxsettings.txt file you've uploaded to the system. If you really do have any non-standard settings that you need on the system, put them in a 46xxspecials.txt file instead.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
