IX Workplace certs

Hi

We have a site where IT made some changes to the network (!) and also revoked the cert used for Workplace.
They have re-keyed and I have uploaded the cert to the IPO and also the WebRootCA.pem.

The PC Workplace app works fine, and cert is valid if accessing the 46xxsettings file via a browser.

The Mobile app though does not work and says there is a problem with the security certificate.

Would this mean that the problem is with the WebRootCA.pem rather than the .pfx uploaded to the IPO?
