Installing IX Messaging R11 with CM 8.1 and having issue with the MWI sync with exchange 2016 ews connections.I can leave a message and it will send to email with the .wav attachment and the mwi comes turns on on the phone without issue for the first few voicemails. At about the 5th new voicemail left, when I check it through email the mwi never goes out on the phone. Monitoring the logs on the messaging server, I can see that the voicemail is never seeing the ReadFlagChange from exchange. We are working with Avaya and our exchange people but no one seems to have any idea how to fix it. Does anyone know what logs on exchange side we can get to see if the ReadFlagChange is being sent to the Avaya system.
This is not happening on all user's mailbox and is not consistently happening but it is happening and is an issue. If I mark that 5th voicemail message as unread in email, I see the ReadFlagChange in voicemail logs as marking it as unread. Then if I open the email again like it new, then the ReadFlagChange will show in the voicemail logs. So I know that the ReadFlagChange is getting lost but just can't provide an answer as to where and when. Anyone have this setup and can shed any light on this. Thanks
