I am so far unable to get LDAP for administrators to work on a local exchange server for IX messaging. Also finding limited documentation on this.

Anyone have any luck with this and have been able to get it to work for admins of a specific OU login to the messaging software?

Avaya doesn't support Admin login via AD group. You can switch it to use SSO but you have to create the Avaya Messaging admin account manually by specifying their Domain Account. Avaya is not putting any effort into feature enhancements so it is a waste of time to even try. The product Avaya Messaging itself is not being developed further. Avaya has no replacement product currently planned either.

Excellent. I was not aware of their future plans for the product. Looks like I will need to learn a new product soon lol :) Thanks for the info.
