IX Client cert Not Trusted 2

Trying to set up IX Client (3.15.0.64.17) on a users laptop to communicate with a IPO Container service. I can register using the URL on my PC and log in and make/receive calls, customer can register on another PC all OK but on one user's PC they get a message "Required certificate is not trusted". Obviously the container cert is ok as it works elsewhere - any ideas how the PC that is erroring can be resolved to accept the cert? Thanks in advance

We had the same issue
It related to a google cert that missing

Use the following cert and that should then work.

Download it from here and rename it from .pem to .crt

https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.pem
