I am trying to logon to IWR – Server Administrator or Report Administration and the following error is being displayed:

Unable to log on. A network failure occurred while communicating with server “SERVERNAME”. Error encountered sending parameters to server. Please, logon again.

I am able to logon to Upfront Server Administration and create Server Administrator ACL and restarted the computer on which server is.

Please help me in this regard.

If you use iwr7.1 please ensure you have start the service Cognos IWR Service Manager (cer3)
