IWR

Hi all,

I have created user profiles in a catalog then I generated automatically User Classes and Users. I mapped them as well, with the help of Cognos Tech Support. I have embedded the database signon in the catalog. I am able to login to IWR as this user however, I get this message - "You no longer have access to this report. For further information,please see your report administrator". If I check the box for "Root User" when I sign on I can see my reports otherwise I can't. Can someone out there help? Cognos Tech Support has not been able to help me with this problem as of yet.
